Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Once you have notified us of your return, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

You can also easily submit a return or cancellation request through your account. Log in to My Orders and select the relevant order to submit your request directly.

Alternatively, you can register a return by contacting us at info@panelsforartpainting.nl. Please include your name and order number where possible.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made specifically to your specifications and are not part of our standard range.

This applies, for example, to custom-made Muspanelen, where a panel is produced specifically to the dimensions you provide, as well as other products made to order according to your specifications.

If you are unsure whether a product is considered custom-made, please contact us before placing your order at info@panelsforartpainting.nl.

The cost of returning your order to us is at your own expense. The exact cost will depend on the carrier you choose.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask that you return the product with all accessories supplied and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please check your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@panelsforartpainting.nl. Please include your order number and, if possible, photographs of the damage or incorrect item. We will then contact you to arrange an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product or size, please contact us at info@panelsforartpainting.nl. In most cases, you can return the original item and then place a new order for the item you require.

Refunds

If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the standard delivery costs you paid for the original delivery. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If you return only part of your order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

We will refund the amount due no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the original order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the products back.
